With just just five days to go until the new season kicks off things are hotting up in the Royals camp.
On Saturday Reading the Reading travel to Derby for the biggest game the club has faced in years. The squad are pumped up for the new season - apparently no one more so than Adi Viveash.
Following Friday's 4-3 friendly defeat to Charlton on Friday Adrian Viveash told Reading World: "The Charlton game was a good test for the boys - a good work out. I'm sure the West Ham will be an equally good test.
"But really it's all about Derby County, Pride Park, Saturday August 10th. That's what we're all working towards and we're ready for it... bring it on!!"
Meanwhile, defender Ricky Allaway has joined Basingstoke Town on a two-game trial with a view to a longer term loan deal. Brother of former Royals youngster Shaun Allaway, a potential England goalkeeper, Ricky is available on a free transfer. His contract expires next summer.
