Reading centre-back Matt Mills has hailed the impact of the Madejski Stadium faithful after hearing them roar the Royals on to a 4-3 victory over Doncaster. Despite going 3-1 down just two minutes after half-time, the home crowd continued to cheer on their team and were rewarded with a spirited comeback completed by Simon Church with only two minutes remaining. And Mills believes the effect the fans had on the team was a major factor in the fightback. He told Reading.co.uk: "The big thing to come out of that game was to show what a difference the fans can make. "When we were looking for a winner they galvanised the lads. Teams will buckle when we create an atmosphere like that so we need to keep that up."
