Reading boss Brian McDermott has urged his side to bounce back from their Carling Cup defeat against Northampton with victory over Leicester this weekend. The Royals were bundled out of the competition at the second-round stage after Northampton won 4-2 on penalties following a thrilling 3-3 draw. And McDermott is demanding an immediate response, saying: "Now we have to look to put it right at Leicester on Saturday. "We have a few injuries. Jem Karacan got a knock and so did Michail Antonio, but at least Noel Hunt got 90 minutes after coming back from injury. "The fans are dejected, so we have to pick ourselves up and go again in training on Thursday."
