Former Bristol City defender Liam Rosenior has returned to the club on trial. The 24-year-old, who came through the Robins` youth system before moving to Fulham in 2003, is a free agent after his contract at Reading expired last month. City manager Steve Coppell, who signed Rosenior at Reading, told the club`s official website: "It is actually a two-way trial - we are looking at him as an out-of-contract player and he is looking for a club. "I know Liam believes some Premier League clubs are looking at him and he needs to be playing games for fitness. We are looking for players so it is a mutually-beneficial arrangement." Rosenior is set to start at right-back when the Robins continue their pre-season preparations at Aldershot on Saturday.
