"If the training goes well for him - and I don't see why it should not - I would not be surprised to see Michael Owen involved on Monday. "It would be fantastic if we can get him back on Monday night. "The players are looking forward as much as I am to getting Michael back out there playing first-team football."
As a football fan it would be great to see Owen back. Hopefully he'll play and come through it but ultimately end up on the losing side.
