Reading manager Brian McDermott paid tribute to the club's supporters following the 2-0 win over Inter Zapresic. The Championship outfit are away on a pre-season training camp in Slovenia and Croatia and McDermott is delighted with the support being shown by the Royals faithful. Goals from captain Matt Mills and winger James Henry ensured victory for Reading over the weekend and McDermott told the club's official website: "It was amazing to see our fans here. "They've travelled a really long way, it's a lovely country, I just met a few of them outside the stadium and it's nice to turn up and see some blue and white shirts. "It's important to me that they know that. It's important to the players that we go over to them at full-time and we must do it win lose or draw, especially when they travel such a long way, it's vital."
