Reading have continued a busy transfer deadline day by bringing Blackburn defender Zurab Khizanishvili back to the Madejski Stadium. The Royals sold midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson to Hoffenheim for a club record fee on Tuesday and have used some of the money to complete a season-long loan deal for the Georgia international. The 28-year-old spent four months on loan with the Royals last season and lost just three times in the hooped shirt. Manager Brian McDermott said: "We're really pleased to have him back, he was a real favourite with our fans, we know exactly what we're getting and it's a really positive addition to our squad."
