Defender Zurab Khizanishvili believes Reading can still make a late surge for a play-off place. The Royals were in the relegation zone as recently as January but a remarkable turnaround under the management of Brian McDermott has seen them shoot up the table. McDermott`s side are in 12th place but have two games in hand and are not out of the equation just yet. Khizanishvili said: "We have a great chance to finish in the play-offs. "It will be hard against Cardiff and Newcastle and we have to be at our best. We are on 55 points like a couple of other teams and Blackpool are on 60. Nothing is impossible. "We have two games in hand so we can get six more points."
