Reading midfielder Jem Karacan insists he and his team-mates will be working hard during training this week as they attempt to bounce back from Saturday's defeat at Middlesbrough. The Royals are currently languishing 16th in the npower Championship and Karacan is determined to get three points against Barnsley this weekend as they look to move up the table. "The first couple of minutes we had to stay strong, see it out and get the fans on their backs but it didn't happen," he told the club's official website. "It's done now, we will learn from that and we have got two games at home which we need six points from. "We need to get back to the training ground, look at bits and pieces and see where we can improve. There's a strong set of lads here, we are all working together and we'll look forward to the next game. "The manager said afterwards that we need to do better and now we want to win back to back for the home fans."
