Gillespie charged by the FA

He has been charged with violent conduct following his dismissal. His sending off was for violent conduct as well.

'The charge relates to Gillespie's conduct following his dismissal (also for violent conduct) during the game," said an FA statement.

'Under the FA's fast track disciplinary system, Gillespie has until 6pm on Wednesday 24 January to admit or deny the charge. A Disciplinary Commission will hear the case on Tuesday 30 January.'

On top of the Gillespie has handed in a transfer request to Neil Warnock.
