Reading are "95% sure" about the team that will play against Derby County if Alan Pardew's assistant boss is to be believed.
The new-season, Reading's first in Division One since 1997-98, has been heavily-hyped up - and now there are just eight days until the season begins.
With John Madejski's reluctance to dip into he transfer market due to football's current economic situation, there has been much speculation about the side that will start against Derby, Alan Pardew has said he may given some of his youngsters a chance.
Dillon told Reading World: "It's getting to the stage now where there's a bit of tension, the players don't know who's going to start. The manager and I have got an idea about the team to face Derby but there's still a week to go and two games against Premiership opposition.
"I'd say we're about 95% sure about the team - we've worked on a lot of things and it's gone very well."
