"We are looking at the option of getting Andre permanently and we're trying to move discussions forward with Lokomotiv and complete a deal by the end of this week. I don't see any problems," Nicky Hammond told the Reading Evening Post.
"There is definitely potential there. Like the manager says, at times he looks magnificent and at the same time he still looks like he's got his L-plates on.
"The important thing is he is learning and improving and hopefully we can get him to become an even better player."
Bikey has appeared 20 times for Reading this season.
