As the season approaches its conclusion the club are desperate to draw in bigger crowds to aid the team in their fight for a top six spot. In order to achieve the larger attendances the club have unveiled three new incentives for fans to purchase tickets.
For this Saturday's game against Stoke 500 ticket in the Megablock (which is in the Upper West) have been made available for adults for just £10. These tickets are available now, but if you wan't to get hold of them don't leave it until matchday as they will probably all be gone.
Meanwhile, the club are launching their traditional buy three tickets get one free offer. If fans purchase tickets for the West Ham, Norwich and Crewe games they will receive a free ticket for the game with Sunderland on March 20th. In the pat over 1,000 fans have taken the club up on this offer, massively bolstering the gates at games. RFC money men will be hoping for the same again this time.
Finally, our home game against Crewe on the 17th April has been made kids for a quid for Royals fans who wish to sit in the South Stand. However, when purchasing these £1 tickets, fans must also buy at least one full price adult ticket for every six kids.
Chief Executive Nigel Howe is backing the club's proposals, and hopes that the extra fans the ticketing deals bring through the turnstiles can help push the Royals into the top six.
"We have a great chance from now until the end of the season so we need the whole of Reading and ideally the region to show how passionate we are to get us into the Premiership," he said.
Tickets for all remaining home games are on sale now, you can book by calling in at the ticket office, calling (0118) 968 1000 or booking online. However to book online you must have booked tickets with the club before.
